Our mission is simple: To be a community glowing with the radiance of God’s love and sharing that love with the world.
Our dream for Radiance LA is to be a house of passionate worship and prayer. We want to share the love of God in Christ Jesus to a hurting and broken world.
Our values can be summed up in four points:
We want to be a community that passionately loves Jesus in our corporate and individual worship services.
Jesus calls us not merely to believe, but to be his disciples in faith, work and economics.
Loving our local neighborhoods
We are called to heal and transform our local communities near our homes and our church
Loving our global neighborhoods
We are called to heal and transform the world.
About the Pastor and his family
John was born in Chicago but moved to So Cal as a child. He grew up mostly in the Orange County area. John is a proud UCLA Bruin and Fuller Seminary graduate. When he has the time, John enjoys going to Dodger games, reading, movies, golf and traveling with his family. John has been involved with church ministry for over 20 years.
Maria Viviana Lee was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to Los Angeles as a young child. She grew up mostly in Hacienda Heights and graduated from UC Irvine. Vivian is an accountant at a business management firm in Westwood. She enjoys following sports, especially the Dodgers. She also enjoys reading and being a mom to Reagan.
Reagan Seong-Hye Lee was born almost 5 years ago at UCLA Medical Center. Her name “Reagan” means “Royal,” and as a child of the King of Kings, we thought it fitting. At such a young age, she has already shown herself to be fearless, adventurous and curious. She loves food and her grandparents.
